Perfect Pan Fried Potatoes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons of cornstarch (cornflour)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • Cooking oi


  • METHOD:

    Cook the potatoes in small cubes.

    Puree and add all ingredients.

    Spread the dough on a floured surface to 1 centimeter thick, form circles and eyes with a straw, mouth

    With a spoon.

    Fry in hot oil.
